Sales & Marketing Manager

Schedule:

32 to 40 Hour Week

Goals:

Become acquainted with inbound sales channels

Master event inquiry through-put & intake

Become fluent with e-mail marketing tools and schedule

Become acquainted with all staff members for scheduling purposes

Assist with SoBe Booths Sales

Establish New Company Relations & Outside Accounts

Cultivate Monthly E-Mail Marketing & Blog Posts

Coordinate event logistics with team shift planning & client contacts

Sales Responsibilities:

Responsible for contracting $65,000 Gross Sales for fiscal year (seasonal calendar starting August, and ending the following July).  After each fiscal year, goals will be re-evaluated and additional bonuses, adjustments, or re-assessment of gross amount calculated based upon future business projections.  Sales bonuses will be 10% of net-profit from sum difference of proposed sales goal versus actual contracted sales.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing and managing monthly marketing initiatives, including:

  • Email Marketing: Writing and distributing monthly marketing emails to engage current clients and attract potential clients. Emails should align with company branding and sales goals.
  • Social Media Management: Assisting with posting engaging and relevant stories to social media platforms, ensuring content reflects the brand’s professional and luxury tone.
  • Client Contact Maintenance: Maintaining and updating an accurate and comprehensive client contact list to ensure targeted and effective communication.
  • Product Development Integration: Attending R&D meetings to stay informed on the newest products and services, providing actionable feedback on their marketability, and collaborating with the sales team to position them effectively to current and future clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet company sales quotas for:

– New event contracts

– Profit on net company income

– Profit on event and long/short term equipment rentals

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with managed accounts
  • Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with CEO and/or Events Management
  • Resolve critical issues with any client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
  • Attend SoBe and/or HGW sponsored industry, charity, or educational events
  • Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
  • Update all activities, time sheets, and Sales processes within Pixifi & Sling
  • Develop relationships with special event clients and prospects
  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Write & Schedule Monthly E-Mail Campaign Letters & Blog Posts
  • Consult Ownership on potential new products for acquisition
  • Maintain technology and selling skills as industry changes
  • Attend all necessary company sponsored or third part sponsored training events
  • Design and/or present proposals, presentations, and necessary agreements for prospects and clients
  • Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed Service clients.

  • Understanding of support team leaders, photo techniques, and how technology is used to provide our event services.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to keep up on necessary ongoing industry related training
  • Ability to create Pixifi sales and marketing tracks
  • Ability to implement marketing strategy using social media and marketing sales channels

Week 1

Schedule to attend a local chapter networking event within month one.

Blog Posting scheduling, topics, and discussion

Familiarization with client base

Planning for up to two new contact meetings

Salary/Commissions:

$45,000

Event base pay $35 per hour

7% Commission on Net Profit for all New Contracts

10% Commission on Net Profit for all New Contracts from sought out new accounts
